View Orders

The Orders section provides businesses with a streamlined way to track, manage, and process all incoming orders at various stages. Whether an order is new, being prepared, ready for pickup, or scheduled for a future date, this section ensures smooth operations and efficient fulfillment.

  1. Accessing the Orders Section
    • Navigate to Orders in your dashboard.
    • This page provides an overview of all incoming and past orders, categorized by status.
  2. Understanding Order Categories
    • New Orders: View and manage orders that have just been placed and require immediate attention.
    • Orders Processing: Monitor orders currently being prepared or fulfilled.
    • Orders Ready: Mark orders as ready for pickup, delivery, or dine-in.
    • Completed Orders: Access the history of all successfully fulfilled orders.
    • Scheduled Orders: Manage orders that are set for a future date or time.
    • All Orders: Get a comprehensive view of every order, both past and present, in a single place.
  3. Managing Orders in Different Stages
    • Viewing Order Details: Click on an order to view itemized details, customer information, and payment status.
    • Updating Order Status: Move orders through the fulfillment process by changing their status (e.g., from “Processing” to “Ready”).
    • Order Actions: Depending on the order stage, you may:
      • Accept or decline new orders.
      • Print invoices or order slips.
      • Notify customers when their order is ready.
      • Assign orders to a delivery driver.

    • Use the Search Bar to find specific orders by customer name, order number, or date.
