Reservation Settings

The Reservation Settings section allows businesses to configure how customer reservations are accepted, including enabling or disabling reservations, setting confirmation messages, and defining booking terms.

  1. Accessing the Reservation Settings Section
    • Navigate to Reservations > Settings in your dashboard.
    • This section allows you to enable reservations, apply restrictions, and customize confirmation messages.
  2. Enabling or Disabling Reservations
    • Toggle Enabled Reservation to turn online reservations ON or OFF.
    • If disabled, customers will not be able to book tables through the online system.
  3. Enabling Captcha for Security
    • Toggle Enabled Captcha to add an anti-bot security layer to prevent spam reservations.
  4. Allowing Guests to Choose Their Table
    • Toggle Allowed Guest Choose Table if you want customers to select their preferred table while booking.
    • If disabled, tables will be automatically assigned by the system or manually managed by staff.
  5. Customizing Reservation Confirmation Messages
    • The Online Booking Custom Confirmation Message field allows you to add a personalized message that customers will see after successfully making a reservation.
    • Example: “Thank you for reserving a table! We look forward to serving you.”
  6. Setting Online Booking Terms & Conditions
    • The Online Booking T&C field lets you specify reservation policies, such as cancellation rules, time limits, or special requirements.
    • Example: “Reservations will be held for 15 minutes past the scheduled time. Please contact us for any delays.”
  7. Saving Reservation Settings
    • After configuring your settings, click Save to apply the changes.
