Live Customer Chat

The Chats section enables real-time messaging between merchants and customers. This feature improves customer engagement, facilitates support, and enhances communication for inquiries, orders, and services.

  1. Accessing the Chats Section
    • Navigate to Chats from the main dashboard.
    • Use the Search Bar to find specific customers or admins.
  2. Starting a New Chat
    • Select a customer or admin from the list to open a conversation.
    • If the customer has already messaged, their chat history will be available.
  3. Sending and Receiving Messages
    • Type a message in the message input box and press send.
    • Customers and merchants can exchange text, images, and voice messages for seamless communication.
  4. Chat Features
    • Attachments – Share images or documents for additional details.
    • Emojis – Add emojis for a more personalized conversation.
    • Voice Messages – Send quick voice recordings for efficient communication.
  5. Managing Conversations
    • View all previous messages in the conversation history.
    • Handle multiple chats simultaneously for effective customer service.
    • Customers can initiate chats from their account or product pages.
  6. Customer Support and Engagement
    • Use Chats for customer inquiries about orders, reservations, and services.
    • Provide instant responses to improve customer satisfaction and build trust.
    • Send promotional messages, updates, or service notifications to customers directly.
