Offers

The Offers section allows merchants to create and manage promotional deals, such as time-limited discounts. It helps drive sales, increase customer engagement, and incentivize larger orders.

  1. Accessing the Offers Section
    • Navigate to Promotions > Offers in your dashboard.
    • This page displays all active and past offers, along with their details and validity.
  2. Creating a New Offer
    • Click “Add New” to set up a new promotional offer.
  3. Configuring Offer Details
    • Offer Name: Provide a descriptive name for the offer.
    • Offer Percentage (%): Define the discount percentage applied to orders.
    • Minimum Order: Set the minimum purchase amount required to qualify for the offer.
    • Orders Over: Specify the minimum order value required to activate the discount.
    • Maximum Discount Cap: Limit the maximum amount that can be discounted per transaction.
    • Validity Period: Set the start and end date for the offer.
  4. Applying Offer Restrictions
    • Applicable To: Select the order type (e.g., Delivery, Pickup, On-Site) where the offer applies.
    • Customer Segments (if available): Restrict offers to specific customer groups.
  5. Publishing and Managing Offers
    • Click “Save” to activate the offer.
    • The offer will be visible on the Offers List, where merchants can edit, deactivate, or remove it.
  6. Tracking Offer Usage
    • Monitor offer performance, including how many times it has been used.
    • Review offer details and expiration dates directly from the Offers List.
