The Suggested Items section allows merchants to recommend their best items for potential homepage features. Selected items gain increased visibility, helping to drive more sales. Admins will review and approve suggestions based on platform guidelines.
Accessing the Suggested Items Section
Navigate to Promotions > Suggested Items in your dashboard.
This page displays any previously suggested items and their approval status.
Submitting a Suggested Item
Click “Add Suggested Items” to open the selection window.
Use the search bar to find specific items from your menu.
Selecting Items for Suggestion
Check the box next to the item(s) you wish to suggest.
Click “Submit” to send your request for admin review.
Admin Review Process
Suggested items are reviewed by platform admins based on content guidelines.
Approved items may be featured on the homepage for promotional visibility.
If an item is denied, no changes will be made to its regular menu listing.
Tracking Suggestion Status
Merchants can check the status of their suggested items from the Suggested Items List.
Items that are approved will be highlighted, while pending or denied items remain in review.
