The Customer List section allows merchants to manage their customer database efficiently. Merchants can view customer details, track purchase history, and manage customer engagement. This helps in understanding customer behavior, resolving issues, and offering personalized promotions.
Accessing the Customer List Section
Navigate to Buyers > Customer List in your dashboard.
This page displays all registered customers along with their details.
Viewing Customer Profiles
Click the eye icon next to a customer’s name to view their profile.
The profile contains:
Basic Details – Name, email, phone number, and status.
Address List – Saved addresses for deliveries.
Order History – A list of all past orders placed by the customer.
Managing Customer Details
Click Edit to update customer information, such as name, email, or phone number.
Upload a profile picture to personalize the customer profile.
Managing Customer Addresses
In the Address List tab, view and manage all addresses saved by the customer.
Add, edit, or delete addresses as needed.
Tracking Customer Orders
In the Order History tab, view all orders placed by the customer.
Each order entry includes:
Order Type (e.g., delivery or pickup).
Total amount of the order.
Order Status (e.g., completed, canceled, rejected).
Click on an order to view detailed order information.
Sorting and Exporting Customer Data
Use the Search Bar to find specific customers by name, email, or phone number.
Export customer data as Excel, CSV, PDF, or print for records.
