Sales Report

The Sales Report section allows merchants to track and analyze their total sales revenue over a selected period. This report provides insights into order trends, refunds, and overall sales performance, helping merchants make informed business decisions.

  1. Accessing the Sales Report Section
    • Navigate to Reports > Sales Report in your dashboard.
    • This page provides a detailed breakdown of sales performance.
  2. Filtering Sales Data
    • Use the Date Selector to choose a custom date range for sales analysis.
    • Click the Filter Icon to apply advanced filtering options based on payment type, order status, or delivery method.
  3. Understanding Sales Metrics
    • Total Orders: Displays the total number of completed orders.
    • Canceled Orders: Shows the number of canceled or rejected orders.
    • Total Revenue: Summarizes the total amount earned from orders.
    • Total Refunded: Indicates the total amount refunded to customers.
  4. Reviewing Individual Orders
    • Each order displays key details such as:
      • Order ID
      • Customer Profile
      • Menu Items Ordered
      • Order Date & Time
      • Payment Type (e.g., Stripe, Cash, Credit Card)
      • Order Status (Completed, Rejected, Canceled, etc.)
  5. Exporting Sales Data
    • Click on Excel, CSV, PDF, or Print to generate reports for record-keeping.
    • Use the Search Bar to find specific transactions quickly.
