Add Printers

The All Printers section allows merchants to configure and manage their connected receipt or kitchen printers. It ensures a smooth order fulfillment process by enabling automatic printing of receipts and kitchen tickets.

  1. Accessing the Printers Section
    • Navigate to Printers > All Printers in your dashboard.
    • This page displays all configured printers and allows you to add or remove devices.
  2. Adding a New Printer
    • Click “Add New” to set up a new printer.
  3. Selecting Printer Connectivity
    • Choose the printer type from the dropdown:
      • Feieyun – Cloud-based thermal printers.
      • WiFi Printer – Local network-connected printers.
  4. Configuring Printer Details
    • Printer Name: Assign a name to identify the printer.
    • Auto Print: Toggle this option ON to enable automatic printing of receipts and kitchen tickets.
  5. Saving and Managing Printers
    • Click Save to finalize the printer setup.
    • You can return anytime to edit, test, or remove a printer.
    • Use the search bar to find a specific printer.
  6. Ensuring Proper Connectivity
    • Ensure your WiFi printer is connected to the same network as your POS system.
    • For Feieyun printers, verify that the cloud service is active.
