Delivery Settings

The Delivery Settings section allows merchants to configure delivery fees, minimum order amounts, and service areas. Merchants can choose between fixed or dynamic delivery pricing, set estimated delivery times, and apply order restrictions.

  1. Accessing the Delivery Settings Section
    • Navigate to Order Settings > Delivery Settings in your dashboard.
    • This page provides options to configure delivery preferences, including Fixed Charge and Dynamic Rates.
  2. General Delivery Settings
    • Enable Opt-in for No Contact Delivery: Allow customers to request contactless delivery.
    • Free Delivery on First Order: Enable or disable free delivery for first-time customers.
    • Delivery Charge Type: Choose between Fixed Charge or Dynamic Rates based on business needs.
  3. Fixed Charge Settings
    • Apply a flat delivery fee for all orders.
    • Set an estimated delivery time (e.g., 20-45 minutes).
    • Define a minimum and maximum order requirement for delivery.
  4. Dynamic Rates Settings
    • Set distance-based delivery fees using miles or kilometers.
    • Define pricing tiers (e.g., $6 for 0-10 miles, $50 for 10+ miles).
    • Specify estimated delivery times per distance range.
    • Set a minimum and maximum order amount for eligibility.
  5. Managing Delivery Rates
    • Click “Add New” to create a new delivery charge rule.
    • Edit or remove existing rates as needed.
    • Use the Sort and Search functions to manage delivery options efficiently.
  6. Saving & Applying Delivery Settings
    • Once all delivery preferences are configured, click Save to apply the changes.
    • These settings will determine how customers are charged for delivery and how orders are fulfilled.
