Item Options

The Item Options section allows merchants to set up custom choices for menu items, such as option selections, extra toppings, or modifications. This feature enhances customer flexibility and helps streamline order customization.

  1. Accessing the Item Options Section
    • Navigate to Menu Manager > Item Options in your dashboard.
    • This page displays all existing item options and allows you to add, edit, or delete them.
  2. Creating a New Item Option
    • Click “Add New” to create a new option.
  3. Configuring Item Option Details
    • Item Option Name: Enter a name for the option (e.g., “Extra Cheese,” “No Onions,” “Spicy Sauce”).
    • Publish Status: Toggle Publish ON to make the option available to customers.
  4. Saving and Managing Item Options
    • Click Save to finalize the option setup.
    • You can return anytime to edit or delete options.
    • Use the toggle switch in the Item Options List to enable or disable an option instantly.
  5. Assigning Item Options to Menu Items
    • Once item options are created, they must be assigned to menu items manually in the Menu Items section.
