List Reservations

The List Reservations section allows businesses to manage and track customer reservations efficiently. This feature helps service providers, restaurants, and cafes streamline their booking process, ensuring smooth table or service management.

  1. Accessing the List Reservations Section
    • Navigate to Reservations > List in your dashboard.
    • This page displays all customer reservations, allowing you to filter, search, and manage them accordingly.
  2. Understanding Reservation Summary
    • The top section provides an overview of your reservations, displaying:
      • Upcoming Reservations: Number of confirmed upcoming bookings.
      • Total Reservations: Total number of reservations received.
      • Denied Reservations: Reservations that were declined.
      • Canceled Reservations: Reservations canceled by the business or customer.
      • No Shows: Customers who did not show up for their reservation.
      • Waitlist: Customers who requested a reservation but are placed on a waitlist due to limited availability.
  3. Managing Reservations
    • Use the date filter to find reservations within a specific timeframe.
    • Utilize the search bar to locate reservations by customer name or details.
    • Export reservation records using Excel, CSV, PDF, or Print options.
  4. Adding a New Reservation
    • Click “Add Booking” to manually add a customer reservation.
    • Fill in the reservation details:
      • Customer Name: Select or enter the customer’s name.
      • Reservation Date & Time: Choose the date and time of the reservation.
      • Guest Number: Specify how many guests are included.
      • Table Name: Assign the reservation to a specific table (if applicable).
      • Special Request: Note any custom requests or preferences.
      • Status: Set the reservation status (Pending, Confirmed, Denied, etc.).
    • Click Save to confirm the reservation.
  5. Editing or Canceling Reservations
    • Click the Edit icon next to a reservation to update details.
    • Click the Trash icon to remove a reservation from the system.
  6. Managing Customer Waitlists
    • If a reservation request exceeds available capacity, customers can be added to a Waitlist.
    • Once availability opens up, you can confirm the waitlisted reservation or deny it if capacity remains full.
