Accessing the Chats Section
Navigate to Chats from the main dashboard.
Use the Search Bar to find specific customers or admins.
Starting a New Chat
Select a customer or admin from the list to open a conversation.
If the customer has already messaged, their chat history will be available.
Sending and Receiving Messages
Type a message in the message input box and press send.
Customers and merchants can exchange text, images, and voice messages for seamless communication.
