Loyalty Points

The Loyalty Points system rewards repeat customers by allowing them to earn points for every purchase. Customers can redeem points for discounts or other rewards, encouraging long-term engagement and repeat orders. Merchants can customize point values per item to tailor their loyalty program effectively.

  1. Activating the Loyalty Points System
    • Navigate to Promotions > Loyalty Points in your dashboard.
    • Toggle “Activate Loyalty Points System” to enable the feature.
    • Click “Save” to apply the changes.
  2. Setting Loyalty Points for Items
    • Go to Menu Manager > Menu Items and select the item you want to modify.
    • Click “Edit” and navigate to the Attributes section.
    • Set the Loyalty Points value for the item (e.g., customers earn 10 points per purchase).
    • Save changes to apply the loyalty point reward for that item.
  3. Earning and Redeeming Points
    • Customers earn loyalty points automatically when they place an order.
    • The points they accumulate can be redeemed for discounts or special promotions at checkout.
  4. Managing Customer Loyalty Balances
    • Merchants can track customer loyalty balances under Buyers > Edit Customer > Loyalty Points History.
    • Adjustments to points can be made if necessary (e.g., bonus points, manual corrections).
  5. Deactivating the Loyalty Points System

To turn off the feature, go back to Promotions > Loyalty Points, toggle the switch off, and save.
