Order Limit

The Order Limit feature allows businesses to control their workload by setting a maximum number of orders that can be placed within a specific time frame. This ensures that service quality remains consistent, especially during peak hours or limited resource availability.

  1. Accessing the Order Limit Section
    • Navigate to Order Settings > Order Limit in your dashboard.
    • This page displays existing order limits and allows you to add new restrictions.
  2. Creating a New Order Limit
    • Click “Add New” to define a new order limit.
  3. Configuring Order Limit Details
    • Transaction Type: Choose the type of order this limit applies to (e.g., Delivery, Pickup, On-Site).
    • Days: Select the days on which the order limit should be enforced.
    • Start Time – End Time: Define the time window for the order limit.
    • Number of Orders Allowed: Set the maximum number of orders that can be placed within this time frame.
    • Order Status: Optionally, specify which order statuses count towards the limit (e.g., only “Confirmed” or “Pending” orders).
  4. Activating or Disabling Order Limits
    • Click Save to activate the order limit.
    • Order limits can be edited, disabled, or removed at any time from the main Order Limit List page.
