The Pickup Settings section allows merchants to customize pickup options for customers who prefer to collect their orders in-store or via curbside pickup. It helps streamline the pickup process by setting estimated pickup times and providing clear pickup instructions.
Accessing the Pickup Settings
Navigate to Order Settings > Pickup in your dashboard.
This section contains two tabs: Settings and Instructions.
Configuring Pickup Settings
Under the Settings tab, you can adjust:
Pickup Estimation Time: Define an estimated preparation time (e.g., “10-20 minutes”).
Minimum & Maximum Order: Set order value restrictions for pickup eligibility.
Click Save to apply the settings.
Adding Pickup Instructions
Under the Instructions tab, merchants can add specific guidelines on how customers should collect their orders.
Example instructions:
“Please park in the designated curbside pickup area and call [phone number] upon arrival.”
“Show your order confirmation email at the pickup counter.”
