Pickup Settings

The Pickup Settings section allows merchants to customize pickup options for customers who prefer to collect their orders in-store or via curbside pickup. It helps streamline the pickup process by setting estimated pickup times and providing clear pickup instructions.

  1. Accessing the Pickup Settings
    • Navigate to Order Settings > Pickup in your dashboard.
    • This section contains two tabs: Settings and Instructions.
  2. Configuring Pickup Settings
    • Under the Settings tab, you can adjust:
      • Pickup Estimation Time: Define an estimated preparation time (e.g., “10-20 minutes”).
      • Minimum & Maximum Order: Set order value restrictions for pickup eligibility.
    • Click Save to apply the settings.
  3. Adding Pickup Instructions
    • Under the Instructions tab, merchants can add specific guidelines on how customers should collect their orders.
    • Example instructions:
      • “Please park in the designated curbside pickup area and call [phone number] upon arrival.”
      • “Show your order confirmation email at the pickup counter.”
    • Click Save to update the instructions.
