Refund Report

The Refund Report section allows merchants to monitor and track all refund transactions. It provides insights into refund trends, reasons for cancellations, and payment methods used.

  1. Accessing the Refund Report
    • Navigate to Reports > Refund Report in your dashboard.
    • This page displays a summary of all refund transactions.
  2. Filtering Refund Data
    • Use the Date Filter to select a specific date range for refunds.
    • Use the Payment Status Filter to narrow down refunds by processing status.
  3. Understanding Refund Transactions
    • Order ID: Displays the refunded order’s unique identifier.
    • Description: Provides details on the reason for the refund.
    • Payment Type: Indicates the method of payment used (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Cash).
    • Amount: Shows the total refunded amount.
  4. Exporting Refund Data
    • Download refund reports in Excel, CSV, or PDF format for bookkeeping.
    • Print refund reports directly from the dashboard.
