Accessing the Review List
Navigate to Buyers > Review List in your dashboard.
View all customer-submitted reviews along with ratings and timestamps.
Reviewing Customer Feedback
Each review includes:
Customer Name
Star Rating (1-5)
Review Comment
Date Created
Responding to Reviews
Click the Reply Icon to respond to a customer’s review.
Enter your reply in the text box and click Save to post your response.
Managing Reviews
Reviews can be filtered using the search bar to find specific feedback.
Merchants can monitor customer engagement trends based on review content.
Importance of Engaging with Reviews
