Accessing the Sales Report Section
Navigate to Reports > Sales Report in your dashboard.
This page provides a detailed breakdown of sales performance.
Filtering Sales Data
Use the Date Selector to choose a custom date range for sales analysis.
Click the Filter Icon to apply advanced filtering options based on payment type, order status, or delivery method.
Understanding Sales Metrics
Total Orders: Displays the total number of completed orders.
Canceled Orders: Shows the number of canceled or rejected orders.
Total Revenue: Summarizes the total amount earned from orders.
Total Refunded: Indicates the total amount refunded to customers.
Reviewing Individual Orders
Each order displays key details such as:
Order ID
Customer Profile
Menu Items Ordered
Order Date & Time
Payment Type (e.g., Stripe, Cash, Credit Card)
Order Status (Completed, Rejected, Canceled, etc.)
Exporting Sales Data
Click on Excel, CSV, PDF, or Print to generate reports for record-keeping.
Use the Search Bar to find specific transactions quickly.
