Withdrawals

The Withdrawals section allows merchants to request payouts of their available balance and manage their linked bank account. This ensures a seamless process for cashing out earnings from sales and commissions.

  1. Accessing the Withdrawals Section
    • Navigate to Finances & Withdrawals > Withdrawals in your dashboard.
    • View your Available Balance, Payout History, and Payout Account details.
  2. Setting Up Your Payout Account
    • Click “Set Account” to link your bank details.
    • Enter the following required information:
      • Bank Account Holder’s Name
      • Account Number
      • Routing Number
      • Bank Name (Full Name)
      • Bank Branch City & State
    • Click Submit to save your payout details.
  3. Requesting a Payout
    • Click “Request Payout” to withdraw funds from your available balance.
    • Enter the amount you wish to withdraw (must be within your available balance).
    • Click Submit to process your payout request.
  4. Tracking Payout History
    • View all past withdrawal transactions in the Payout History section.
    • Use the date filter to find specific payout records.
    • Export payout data as Excel, CSV, PDF, or print for record-keeping.
