The Items Availability section allows merchants to temporarily pause the availability of specific products or services. This is useful for managing stock shortages, unexpected downtime, or temporarily removing items from the menu without permanently disabling them.
Accessing the Items Availability Section
Navigate to Menu Manager > Items Availability in your dashboard.
This page displays a list of all items with their availability status.
Pausing an Item’s Availability
Locate the item you want to pause and click Pause Availability.
Choose a time frame for the pause, such as:
30 minutes
1 hour
2 hours
3 hours
6 hours
Until the end of the day
1 day
3 days
Click Pause Item to confirm.
The item will automatically become available again after the selected time.
Viewing and Managing Paused Items
Use the Show All Paused Items filter to view currently paused products.
Items that are paused cannot be ordered by customers.
Once the pause time expires, the item will be available again automatically.
Important Note on Scheduling Availability**
If you need to set a recurring schedule for when an item is available (e.g., breakfast items only in the morning), go to Menu Manager > Menu Items > Availability.
The Items Availability page is only for temporary pauses, not for scheduling availability.
